Stok Market (stok.market) is a free educational website. We keep data collection to the minimum and never sell it. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Stok Market has no accounts, no sign-up and no forms. The only personal data you can give us is what you choose to write in an email to one of the addresses on this site: your address and whatever the message says. We use it only to answer you.

Analytics & cookies

We may record limited, cookieless aggregate interactions to understand which pages are useful. These records contain the event type, the page, the language, the traffic source (the referring site or campaign name), your cookie choice and a closed set of non-identifying properties; they do not create a person profile. Optional browser analytics and session replay remain disabled by default and only start if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Strictly necessary storage is always active: your browser remembers your cookie choice and, if you change it, your theme, and a language cookie (lang-override, one year) is set only when you switch language, so the site opens in the one you picked.

Legal basis

Delivering and protecting the site, the aggregate interaction counts and answering your emails rest on our legitimate interest in running a secure, useful website and replying to the people who write to us. Optional analytics rests on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Service providers

A hosting and content-delivery provider serves the site and processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect it. An email provider receives the messages you send us. When measurement is configured, an analytics provider receives the aggregate events described above and, after your consent, may process browser analytics on our behalf. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font provider is contacted.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example to serve the site from locations near you. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms.

How long we keep it

Request data is kept only as long as needed to deliver each page and protect the site against abuse. The aggregate records contain no personal data. Your cookie choice and your theme stay in your browser until you clear them or change them; the language cookie lasts one year. Emails are kept while we handle your message and, after that, only as long as we need to show how it was handled.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to take it with you (portability) and to withdraw your consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
